OUR POLICIES

Our office works hard for you to make every part of your
treatment comfortable, in the chair and out. We keep our
fees in line with our community and though we require
payment at the time of service, we make it as convenient
as possible.

INSURANCE

We participate with Metlife but will work with most insurance companies, providing you have out-of-network benefits.
If you have dental insurance, please bring in your completed
forms or your benefit card and we will be happy to process
them for you. We use electronic processing of insurance claims
for timely reimbursement.
We also accept cash, checks and credit cards.
If an involved course of treatment is required, we will
arrange a flexible payment schedule that works for you.

APPOINTMENTS

We value your time.
Appointments begin and end on time.
We make reminder calls to confirm appointments.
We make advance courtesy calls on the rare
occasion that Dr. Martin is behind schedule.
Patients are seen by appointment only.
Our office generally runs on time or close to schedule.
We request that you arrive on time so we can maintain
our commitment to stay on time.
We require 48 hours notice so that we may offer this
time to another patient. We reserve the right to
charge a broken appointment fee with less notice.
